Effective date: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Efficiency Labs ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit apexefficiencylabs.com, any of its subdomains, or any other sales page, checkout or member area we operate that links to this policy, or when you buy our products. We are based in California, USA.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing address and country when you buy or sign up; messages you send to support.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a transaction record, including the card brand and last four digits.
Product and account activity: logins, lessons started and completed, and purchase history.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring pages and the date and time of visits, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Checkout records: the terms you agreed to at checkout, with the date, time and IP address, kept as a record of your purchase.
2. How We Use Information
To process orders, deliver products and run your account.
To send transactional emails, such as receipts, access links and subscription notices.
To provide customer support and handle refunds and billing questions.
To send marketing emails about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
To measure and improve our advertising, website and products.
To prevent fraud, protect our business and comply with the law.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to provide their services:
Payment processing: Stripe.
Website hosting and course delivery: our storefront and hosting providers.
Email delivery: our email and messaging providers.
Advertising and analytics partners: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok. These partners use pixels and cookies on our sites to measure ad results and to show you our ads on other websites and apps.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
4. Cookies, Pixels and Your Choices
We use cookies and pixels for essential site functions, analytics and ad measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work. You can limit ad personalization through your Meta and Google ad settings and through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
Do Not Track: some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our sites do not currently respond to them. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising where required by law.
5. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
Request a copy of your personal information.
Request that we delete or correct your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and the email address you used with us. We will verify your request by confirming it from that email address and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
California's "Shine the Light" law lets California residents ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share personal information for that purpose.
6. Data Retention
We keep purchase, payment and checkout records for up to seven years for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. We keep account and support information while your account is active and for a reasonable time afterward. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to industry security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Our sites and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
